• When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 8-10 business days to ship pan India. Once the parcel gets dispatched tracking details are shared on your given WhatsApp number. During festivals or unfavourable weather condition, parcel may get little delay.

• My parcel has got returned to you, how can I get it back ?

If your parcel has been returned to us due to any customer-related reasons (such as incomplete address, incorrect contact details, or failure to receive the courier calls) then as per our policy, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

To resend your order, a fee of ₹80 must be paid in advance so that we can reship again!

 

• How does PRE ORDER works ?
  

  A pre-order means customers purchase an item before the brand has manufactured or stocked it.

  Once you place a pre-order, the product usually takes around 15 days to be prepared for dispatch, plus additional delivery time depending on the shipping location.

 

           We do transport to V.P.O (Village Post Office) addresses.
