RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

• It’s not fitting, can I exchange it ?

We do not offer any exchange, returns or refunds.We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before placing an order. If you need any clarification, our team is happy to assist you before purchase.

 

• The product I have received is defective/damaged, how can i exchange it ?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 8732900370.An unboxing video is mandatory to process the request and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

Items that are worn, washed, or used will not be eligible for exchange.Minor color variations due to lighting or mobile phones screen resolution are not considered defects.

 

• Garment is losing colour after wash, please get it exchange ?

As the garment is made of cotton, slight colour bleeding during the first 1-2 washes is normal. We suggest washing it separately with a pinch of salt for the first two washes and avoiding direct sunlight while drying.

Colour fading after wash is not eligible for exchange.

 

• Hey, I have placed the order from your website but now I want to cancel it!

As per policy, no cancellations will be done once the order gets placed.
