Where can I check my order details?
To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website at (www.kuddi.net). Once logged in, navigate to the “My orders” section to access all your past orders.
Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order.
When will I get my order?
It usually takes 8-10 business days to ship pan India. Once the parcel gets dispatched tracking details will be shared on your given WhatsApp number. During festivals or unfavourable weather condition, parcel may get little delay.

How can I exchange the product?
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check our size chart before ordering to avoid size issues.
Replacements are only given for defects or damage from our end. An unboxing video is mandatory, and the complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I change my address after placing the order ?
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we are unable to modify the address.

My parcel has got returned to you, how can I get it back ?
If your parcel has been returned to us due to any customer-related reasons (such as incomplete address, incorrect contact details, or failure to receive the courier calls) then as per our policy, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
To resend your order, a fee of ₹80 must be paid in advance so that we can reship again!
How can I cancel my order ?
As per policy, no cancellations will be done once the order gets placed.
The print on the product has irregularities. Why?
Since our products are not machine made in large quantities, but in fact made by an artisan and in each batch could have a slight differences in the print and colour due to the human involvement in the process. They may have slight irregularities, but that’s what makes them truly one of kind print.
